A preliminary assessment of the impact of change on stakeholders must be carried out, in order to identify enablers,
barriers and risks. For this, a series of interviews need to be conducted. It is important, therefore, that appropriate
questionnaires are built for the right set of stakeholders. The Organizational Change Lead must identify the
stakeholders whose interview needs to be conducted and customize the questionnaire accordingly. These questionnaires
would typically address points like:
-
Scope of change (Regions, Business units, Delivery Centres, etc.)
-
Type of People Impacted (Roles)
-
Volumes of People impacted
-
What exactly is changing
-
Change Timelines
-
Awareness of need for change
-
What is in it for the people
-
Culture to accept the change
Below are few samples that can be referred to, by the Organizational Change Lead, to develop the Organizational Change
Interview Questionnaire.
